Congratulations, HAMILTON SOUTHEASTERN INTERMEDIATE JUNIOR HIGH families… your 1st Day School Supplies store is now open. Yes, it feels early. And that’s actually the point. Ordering now means you can check school supplies off your list before summer even begins. No scrambling in July. No store runs in August. Just the exact supplies teachers requested, handled in a few simple clicks. It only takes a few minutes to select our school and choose your child’s grade. Everything will arrive packaged and ready for the first day. There’s something nice about heading into summer knowing one big thing is already done.
*Please note that items like earbuds and calculators are required but are NOT included in the school kits. You are able to add these items at check out or use items from home.
*7th/8th Grade school kits include supplies for all core classes, wellness and english composition. Electives such as choir, orchestra, band and art will require additional supplies.

Panther Preview/Open House dates and times have been announced. Mark your calendars! This will be our welcome back events. Students can tour the school, take your school picture, visit their lockers, pick up school kits, purchase spirit wear and much more.

We are looking for parents/guardians that want to join us in building a supportive and fun community for our staff and students. Unfortunately, due to the redistricting process we are loosing multiple board members and committee leads. We’d love for you to consider joining our PTO Executive Board! Whether you have a little time or a lot, there’s a place for you. Our roles are flexible, shared, and designed to fit into busy family schedules—we know life comes first. You won’t be expected to do it all on your own, and no position is meant to take over your life. Every bit of help makes a meaningful difference for our students and staff!

A visitor/volunteer background check through SafeVisitor is valid for three-years at any HSE school. The cost for the background check is $12.95 and includes a national screening process against the following: National Criminal Database, National Sex Offender Registry, Statewide Criminal, County Criminal and Federal Criminal Courts. Please note, the background check process may take up 3 to 6 business days to complete.

Are you looking for a way to make an impact? Make a difference through weekly mentorship! FYI (Fishers Youth Initiative) is looking for mentors for its program. Mentors meet on Fridays for approximately 30 minutes. For more information, reach out to Megan Zanto (megan@fishersyouthinitiative.org) for more information.
