Welcome to the Hamilton Southeastern Intermediate and Junior High PTO website! We're thrilled to have you here as we embark on another exciting school year. The PTO is a dedicated group of parents, teachers, and staff working together to enhance the middle school and junior high experience for all our students. Mission Statement

The purpose of the Hamilton Southeastern Intermediate and Junior High School PTO is to foster a collaborative and supportive community that enhances the educational experience for all students, promotes parent involvement, and enriches the school environment.

FALL BOOK FAIR

Help us as we "Fall in love with a good book" at Book Fair! Sale begins Mon September 21 - Friday September 25. We can't do it without family's support - if you have time and/or want to shop with your student(s), each slot notes which English class will be in the library when (5/6 - am/pm & 7/8 periods). Note - all volunteers need to have an active safe visitor badge. Thanks in advance for your consideration as we prepare for another successful book fair!

Panther Tailgate

Thank you to all of our Panther Tailgate attendees! We had over 350 students join us to kick off our school and fall sports season. A huge thank you to Jaggers for donating hotdogs and buns for all of our hungry students! Thank you to all of the parent volunteers who donated items or their precious time.

Secret Pals 2026-2027

Thank you to everyone who signed up to be a Secret Pal! You should receive your assignments next week. Once you receive your assignment, feel free to start treating your Secret Pals!

Please label any surprises/gifts that you drop off at the front office.

Wasson Mum Fundraiser

UPDATE: All sales are closed for this fundraiser.

Pick up is at Wasson's Nursery (13279 E. 126th Street Fishers, IN 46037) on Wednesday, September 9th between 4pm-6pm. Pick up couldn't be easier! All orders can be picked up by simply driving up to the designated pick up area, give them your name and all mums will be loaded into your car by our HIJH volunteers.
If you chose to send a mum to a Secret Pal or Staff member the PTO will deliver this mum for you! No need to pick up.

***All mums left at the end of Wednesday pick up window will be donated if other arrangements were not made with the HIJH PTO for alternative pick up or delivery.

The online store is now closed.

All delivery items will be delivered to the school and directly to your student unless you chose a different type of delivery. If you missed out on grabbing spirit wear, please reach out to our HIJH PTO. We have items left over from our open house that are still looking for good homes.

Volunteer with HIJH PTO!

We are looking for parents/guardians that want to join us in building a supportive and fun community for our staff and students. Unfortunately, due to the redistricting process we are loosing multiple board members and committee leads. We’d love for you to consider joining our PTO Executive Board! Whether you have a little time or a lot, there’s a place for you. Our roles are flexible, shared, and designed to fit into busy family schedules—we know life comes first. You won’t be expected to do it all on your own, and no position is meant to take over your life. Every bit of help makes a meaningful difference for our students and staff!

Volunteer

A visitor/volunteer background check through SafeVisitor is valid for three-years at any HSE school. The cost for the background check is $12.95 and includes a national screening process against the following: National Criminal Database, National Sex Offender Registry, Statewide Criminal, County Criminal and Federal Criminal Courts. Please note, the background check process may take up 3 to 6 business days to complete.

FYI: Fishers Youth Initiative

Are you looking for a way to make an impact? Make a difference through weekly mentorship! FYI (Fishers Youth Initiative) is looking for mentors for its program. Mentors meet on Fridays for approximately 30 minutes. For more information, reach out to Megan Zanto (megan@fishersyouthinitiative.org) for more information.
